Europa School UK (ESUK)

This new school is a state-funded, multi-lingual and multi-cultural free school with a strong European ethos.  ESUK shares the Culham site with the European School. It plans to become an accredited European School in the future.

The Joint European Torus Project(JET)

The Joint European Torus (JET) investigates the potential of fusion power as a safe, clean, and virtually limitless energy source for future generations.  ES Culham opened in 1978 to support JET’s development in the UK. JET itself was set up under the European Fusion Development Agreement (EFDA) which provides the umbrella for all fusion research laboratories in Europe. It is part of the EURATOM programme of the European Commission.

Maison Française D'Oxford

The Maison Française d’Oxford (MFO) was founded at the end of the Second World War at the joint instigation of the Universities of Paris and Oxford.
