Fees for 2012/13

The annual fees for children whose parents are not employed by an Institution of the European Union, or by an organisation with which a contract has been agreed, will be for 2012/2013 as follows:

  • Primary £ 2748
  • Secondary £ 3747

Fees are invoiced in £ Sterling. Where a number of children from the same family attend the School, the following discounts are given:

  • 50% for the second child
  • a minimum fee of £999.50 for the third child and subsequent children.
  • For pupils who arrive or leave during the school year, a pro-rata charge for school fees will be made.
  • For pupils already attending the school, 25% of the fees for 2012/13 are payable by 30 June 2012 and the balance can be paid by three equal instalments on 31 October 2012, 31 January 2013 and 31 March 2013.
  • If any fees are unpaid as at 30 June 2013, the pupils concerned will not be re-admitted for the following academic year.
  • Parents of new pupils must also pay an advance of 25% of the fees before the date of admission.  For pupils who are due to start in September, the advance must be paid by 31 August 2012.

Exonerations

In cases where families face serious financial difficulties, the School’s Administrative Board can, at its discretion, allow a reduction up to a maximum of 75% of the fees due. Details of income parameters used in deciding on reductions in fees will be issued with the fees invoice.

A Note on the EURO

Although the majority of EU countries now use the Euro, Britain is outside the “Eurozone”.  This means that we are unable to accept payments in Euro.
