Students request ICT facilities for year 1-3
There will be more supervision organized in the ICT rooms in the Tower Block, so that those computers can be used by the younger years.
Just before the lunch break there is a lot of dangerous pushing in the queue in front of the canteen entrance, due to impatience.
A councillor or teacher has been organized to supervise the queue for 10 minutes before the lunch break begins on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays. A request to students that they also help the situation by refraining from pushing.
Students would like healthier food offered by the canteen, such as a choice of salads and more vegetables. Also the queuing system for food during the lunch break is very inefficient and slow.
System in the canteen to be improved as well as the food. Mr. Sharron to invite Ken and Anke to the next meeting. Students to look at www.schoolfoodtrust.org.uk

Students are wondering why a lot of the furniture in the year 1-5 common rooms has been removed, and whether they will be replaced?
They have been removed due to serious vandalism. If students want replacements they can raise the funds themselves. Otherwise second-hand furniture can be obtained from parents by donation (however, health and safety requirements need to be met).
A request for a mirror in one of the girls toilets in the German corridor and possibly for the boys toilets if there is demand.
A mirror has now been installed in both toilets.
Students are wondering why the toilets next to the 6th & 7th year common room have been locked?
This has happened due to vandalism and hopefully will be reopened shortly.
Following thefts in the 6th & 7th year common room, students request a CCTV camera in corridor outside main room. Also lockers have disappeared.
Mr. Sharron has asked Mr. Holcombe to cost up extension of CCTV network to Senior Common Room. Also to solve mystery of vanishing lockers.

Often there is not enough paper & soap in the toilets.

Students can personally remind the caretakers (John and David) to top up the soap and paper in the toilets when it is seen to run out.

A request by year 6 & 7 to have computer facilities in the careers library. Four computers and a printer have now been installed.
