                We will meet in the sports Hall at 12:00 and we will be back in time for the buses.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT:                                                                                                                                                                                                         

                We will meet in the Sports Hall at 12.00 on Thursday 19th January and the Bus will leave at 12.15 SHARP.

You will need for the day:

 

  1. Running shoes
  2. Clean shoes
  3. White t-shirt
  4. Shorts (Black / green)
  5. Plastic bag to put shoes after the race
  6. Tracksuit/Jumper to keep you warm before and after the race
  7. Water bottle/ thermal bottle with hot drink if you prefer
  8. Enthusiasm, energy and team spirit
