We will meet in the sports Hall at 12:00 and we will be back in time for the buses.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR THE EVENT:

We will meet in the Sports Hall at 12.00 on Thursday 19^th January and the Bus will leave at 12.15 SHARP.

You will need for the day:

Running shoes
Clean shoes
White t-shirt
Shorts (Black / green)
Plastic bag to put shoes after the race
Tracksuit/Jumper to keep you warm before and after the race
Water bottle/ thermal bottle with hot drink if you prefer
Enthusiasm, energy and team spirit
