In European Schools the nursery section, which accepts children from the age of four (calendar year), aims to ensure that all children are given the opportunity to develop their potential.
At Culham, because a decision has been made to phase out the school by 2017, the last year for entry for 4 year olds was September 2009. In September 2010, only children born in 2005 will be admitted to what in effect will be the second year of nursery.
